About

About this Pathway

Foundations for Growth is our tailored developmental support pathway for children and young people who need help building skills across several areas of life — communication, play, social learning, academic abilities, motor skills, and daily living.

Using an Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) framework, our team designs an individualised program that supports meaningful, practical progress. Sessions are delivered by trained behaviour therapists in the environments where children learn best — school, kindergarten, daycare, or the family home.

Our approach is strengths-based, collaborative, and grounded in evidence, with a focus on helping each child grow in confidence, independence, and connection.

Our Process

What to Expect

A warm, structured, and highly personalised process that grows with your child.

1

Assess

We get to know your child's strengths, interests, and developmental needs through interviews, observations, and assessments.

2

Plan

We create a tailored plan with clear goals and step-by-step teaching methods that build skills in a way that feels achievable and motivating for your child.

3

Deliver & Adjust

Behaviour therapists work directly with your child in their everyday environments. Parents, teachers, and support workers receive ongoing coaching so skills carry across home, school, and community. Progress is monitored and the plan adapts as your child grows.

How to Access

Families can use their NDIS funding to access behaviour therapists and clinicians who deliver structured, developmentally appropriate intervention in the home, school, kindergarten, or daycare.

The amount of funding in a child’s plan depends on their individual needs, goals, and the level of support required.
