Caterpillar Clinic is a registered NDIS provider (ABN 35 164 743 846) delivering specialist supports for children and young people. Our AHPRA-registered psychologists and behaviour practitioners work with autistic children, developmental delay, ADHD, anxiety, and behaviours of concern. We welcome Agency-managed, Plan-managed and self-managed participants, and all our fees sit within the NDIS Price Guide.

How to get started with NDIS support

  1. Check your funding. Look at your NDIS plan (or ask your plan manager / support coordinator) for Early Childhood, Capacity Building or Behaviour Support funding.
  2. Get in touch. Contact our team with your child's needs and your plan details — we'll talk through the right supports.
  3. We confirm a plan. We agree the services, goals and scheduling that suit your family.
  4. Begin supports. We deliver in the setting that works best — home, daycare, kindy, school or our Cairns clinic.

Plan management & fees

We welcome Agency-managed, Plan-managed and self-managed participants. Our fees are within the NDIS Price Guide (2025–26):

  • NDIS psychology — $230/hour (Registered Psychologist), $155/hour (Provisional Psychologist)
  • Behaviour Therapist (Allied Health Assistant, Level 2) — $85/hour
