Caterpillar Clinic is a registered NDIS provider (ABN 35 164 743 846) delivering specialist supports for children and young people. Our AHPRA-registered psychologists and behaviour practitioners work with autistic children, developmental delay, ADHD, anxiety, and behaviours of concern. We welcome Agency-managed, Plan-managed and self-managed participants, and all our fees sit within the NDIS Price Guide.

Early Intervention

Our ABA-aligned Foundations for Growth program for young children (approx. 2–9 years), delivered at home, daycare, kindergarten, school or clinic. Builds communication, play, social and daily-living skills.

How to get started with NDIS support

  1. Check your funding. Look at your NDIS plan (or ask your plan manager / support coordinator) for Early Childhood, Capacity Building or Behaviour Support funding.
  2. Get in touch. Contact our team with your child's needs and your plan details — we'll talk through the right supports.
  3. We confirm a plan. We agree the services, goals and scheduling that suit your family.
  4. Begin supports. We deliver in the setting that works best — home, daycare, kindy, school or our Cairns clinic.

Plan management & fees

We welcome Agency-managed, Plan-managed and self-managed participants. Our fees are within the NDIS Price Guide (2025–26):

  • NDIS psychology — $230/hour (Registered Psychologist), $155/hour (Provisional Psychologist)
  • Behaviour Therapist (Allied Health Assistant, Level 2) — $85/hour

NDIS psychology is $230/hour with a Registered Psychologist and $155/hour with a Provisional Psychologist; Behaviour Therapist sessions are $85/hour. All fees are within the NDIS Price Guide.
Where are NDIS supports delivered?
In the settings that matter most to your child — at home, in daycare, kindergarten or school, in the community, or in our Cairns clinic.
